Card in a Box

With great thanks to Monica for her amazing and easy to follow tutorial
I have made this card in under an hour.

My Mum asked me to make a 70th birthday card for one of her dearest friends and I wanted it to be different. I think we can safely say that it is different to your ordinary card and I hope my Mum and the recipient will like it. I have never made one of these before so it was a good experiment.

I have linked this one up with Scrapology.

I had a lovely email last night - remember the male card I made a couple of days ago?
The recipient sent an email to the sender...
Thank you very much for your wonderful, thoughtful and beautifully crafted card. It is very much appreciated.
I love feedback!!!

Edit:
The lovely Jen from Wearcrafts has just informed me that Woodware are asking us to link up our Card in a Box project so that's what I'm a gonna do.

I get all my Woodware products from that lovely lady up there in that Durham you know!!!

  1. A great take on the 'Card in a Box' theme. I'm sure both your Mum and the recipient will be very happy with. I got slightly addicted to making them a while ago, but I think I'm over it now!
