Do You Look...

...for inspiration?
If so
Challenge #2: Let's get inspired by JENNIFER!
is up over at the Counterfeit Kit Blog
and maybe just what you're looking for To be honest, I really don't really go looking for inspiration
from other people because my scrapbooking is mine
and I really want it to stay that way.
Of course I will join in with Sketch Challenges and scraplifts
but I still like to make things my own.
When I saw this challenge it really didn't fill with much gusto
as I didn't want to just copy somebody else's work.
On looking through Jennifer's blog, I saw one of her layouts
using the MME frames (of which I have a few in my kit).
Don't forget to link up if you join in with our challenge
if you care to join in with our end of the month hop
using any of the 3 monthly challenges

  1. I like a sketch challenge but don't purposefully go looking for inspiration either! Hope you are having a great Wednesday!

  6. Inspiration is inspiration - and a supply is just as good as a scraplift :D

  7. Lots to look at on this page, great photo to scrap and love all your embellies. I get inspiration from several sources, my mojo needs a kickstart now and again!

  8. interesting way to use half of the frame. I like to look for inspiration, but then will always put my own twist on it.

  9. Gorgeous page, I love how you used the half MME frame for your date! I often go looking for inspiration on other blogs, but would never consider it copying - I just think I'll try distressing something like that crafter, or using a die cut machine like another etc!

  10. Great, fun page Lesley! To me, inspiration can be anything from a total scraplift (copy) of a layout to taking just one tiny element and adapting it to your own style! xx

  11. I really like the layout you've made however you found your inspiration! I never copy but there's a lot from others in the choices and starting points I have :-)
